Absolutely. We exclusively use U.S. EPA-approved products that are safe for children, pets, and the environment. We'll also advise you on any specific precautions for your situation, though most treatments require no special preparation.
We often provide same-day service, and almost always within one business day. As a local, owner-operated company, we don't have the scheduling bottlenecks that larger franchises deal with.
If pests return between scheduled services, we return and re-treat your property free of charge, with a quick response when needed. No questions asked, no extra fees.
For exterior-only treatments, you don't need to be home. For interior treatments, we ask that someone be present to let us in. We'll always communicate clearly about what's needed before your appointment.
The quarterly plan includes four seasonal treatments designed for Pacific Northwest pest pressures. Each visit covers yard and property treatment, foundation barrier, entry point treatment, eave and web removal, and crawlspace monitoring. It also includes our full guarantee, free re-treatment if pests return between visits.
Yes. While our quarterly plan provides the most comprehensive and cost-effective protection, we absolutely offer one-time treatments for specific pest problems. We'll assess your situation and recommend the best approach.
